1. Video & Picture Consent:

- By attending or participating in Aggies All Day events, you grant Aggies All Day permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish your image, likeness, voice, and video recordings for promotional, marketing, and media purposes across all current and future platforms without compensation.

2. Artwork & Graphics:

- Some images, graphics, renderings, and promotional materials used in advertisements are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual products, services, experiences, décor, entertainment, or amenities available at an event.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation 

- Aggies All Day reserves the right to modify event dates, times, venues, programming, entertainment, speakers, menus, and event experiences without prior notice.

4. Hold Harmless:

- By attending or participating in this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Aggies All Day, its affiliates, sponsors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your attendance or participation.

5. Refund Policy & Procedure:

-  For any refund requests, please contact our customer support team. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Aggies All Day reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, or refuse any refund request for any reason permitted by law.

6. All Sales Final 

All ticket sales, registrations, sponsorships, advertising purchases, and merchandise orders are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
 

7. Force Majeure 

Aggies All Day shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, acts of God, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
 

8. Ticket Transfer Policy 

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, duplicated, or exchanged without prior written approval from Aggies All Day.
 

9. Code of Conduct 

Aggies All Day reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, intoxicated, or inconsistent with the event's standards, without refund.
 

10. Assumption of Risk 

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
 

11. Photo, Video & Media Release 

Attendees grant Aggies All Day the unrestricted right to use photographs, video, audio recordings, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes.
 

12. Advertising & Promotional Materials Disclaimer 

Images, renderings, graphics, food presentations, beverages, décor, entertainment, and promotional materials may differ from actual event offerings.
 

13. Limitation of Liability 

Aggies All Day's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for the applicable ticket, product, or service.
 

14. Vendor & Sponsor Disclaimer 

Aggies All Day is not responsible for products, services, representations, or actions of third-party vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, or partners.
 

15. Website Terms & E-Commerce 

Orders, pricing, product availability, promotions, and website content are subject to change without notice. Aggies All Day reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
 

16. Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes arising from participation, purchases, or attendance shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and resolved in Guilford County, North Carolina.
